It took an hour to drop off my truck for a recall fix. I had zero communication that I did not initiate and heard on day 2 that they had the parts to fix it. Why schedule an appointment if parts won't be ready? It was a very frustrating experience. It reminded me why I get maintenance elsewhere the last few years.

Didn't fix my stabilitrak or check engine light. Wanted 2000.00 to look and get box only. Wouldn't fix stabilitrak said it had to do with egr box. I went somewhere else they fixed stabilitrak for 320.00 total. Also my passenger air bag has a recall and the dealership never mentioned fixing it. Its unfortunate that most people I know dont trust dealerships. I can see why.
