Erika's customer service is outstanding, I had been to a different dealership in the past and they only seem to care about numbers and did not deliver satisfaction.
I had an appointment and because I made it on the weekend they did not honor it. I had to reschedule.
During a very busy time Ricardo did what he could to help me with my vehicle and was able to get my car serviced very quickly.

I had an appointment for 10am for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Waited almost 20 minutes to be seen. I didn’t leave the dealership until 10:30. Was told my car would be ready within 2-3 hours, which would have been 2pm at the latest. I called at 3pm for a status. The receptionist informed me the car was still being worked on and would have the advisor call me back. I received a text 2 mins later stating “your car is in good hands” and I would receive a call when an update was available. I received a call at 3:52pm that my car was still being worked on but would be ready within 20 mins & was going to be complimentary washed so i could be there by 4:30 but had to be here by 5pm to pick up my car! I was given a notice at 3:55 to pick up my car by 5pm and it wouldn’t even be ready until 4:30? Giving me a 30 min window to pick up my vehicle.
I had to find a ride because my original ride was no longer available. When I showed up, at 4:45, my order wasn’t closed out and couldn’t be helped by the cashier. She had to flag any available service advisor down to close out my service order so she could cash me out. While I was waiting for this to happen, I could hear a customer complaining about belts & an advisor or manager arguing with them over a service. When the advisor or manager disagreed with the customer they blamed the customer’s interpreter because the customer is deaf. I found it extremely unprofessional & rude to blame a customer’s disability for any sort of misunderstanding.
I finally received my keys & cashed out. Nobody informed me where my car was, nobody asked me if I knew where my car was & nobody went over my service order with me. My car was not washed as I was told it would be. It took over 6 hours for an oil change!
Leo got me in and out in a timely manner, I appreciated that.
Not a good experience. Will never recommend or do any business at this Chevrolet location.
