I made an appointment a week in advance for a routine oil change and a 15K check up.. I arrived at 8:10am, my appointment was at 8:15am. I did not leave the dealership until almost 12 noon. Why??? If you are experiencing staffing issues please let the customer know so we can make arrangements, or perhaps reschedule to another day. Super disappointed since I normally receive great service:(
Quality of work was good but had to wait 15minutes to get helped even if I had an appointment. 1 person was busy in the phone and another decided to go to lunch as I waited.

Another great job. I bring 2 vehicles into Guaranty Chevrolet for service over the last several years. Always happy with the work and customer assistance. However, I do have a few suggestions for additional support the leadership can provide to the service representatives:
1. For E- and plug in vehicles - consider charging them up if they are in the shop for more than a day. Would be an easy customer service move.
2. For rentals, consider waiving charges for customers that have multiple services completed and they are without a car for more than a day.
Otherwise, good job.
Worst service I have received with my time at Guaranty Chevrolet. I couldn’t believe I didn’t get an update the day i dropped my vehicle off. I have been a customer for over 3 years and to get this service is truly disappointing. I will take all my service needs to another Chevrolet dealer.
