Leo was great. However, you should resume shuttle service. UBER and LYFT never stopped. You could easily set up one shuttle van for precautions especially now that all people are eligible for vaccination and many have already completed their vaccine protocol.
Also, $195 to assess a problem and NOT have that charge go toward the cost of repair is ridiculous.
I will be more cautious to buy a Chevy next time and I will definitely be very mindful to ask more questions about their service department’s policies and practices.
I purchased my vehicle out of town for availability of specific features but I definitely will come to your dealership for service needs and future purchases based on my first impression with Ricardo.
