I had an appt and it took 2 hours to get my vehicle. It also appears i was charged to take care of a recall the tahoe had. This should be free

Everything was good until the last comment from the service consultant was…”we may not get to your car until tomorrow “. It was only 10:00 AM. Guaranty Chevrolet is a big dealership and I did not expect this. I wasn’t in a position to be without my vehicle for 2 days. Guarantee did not service my vehicle for that reason.
