I had initially made an appointment to do an oil change on my car and had scheduled it with Erika. Unfortunately, there was a confusion on her end as she was not aware of my appointment even when I had scheduled it online weeks before. However, the receptionist lady was able to get someone else to help me out. My experience with Ricardo was great. Ricardo was professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the great service he offered.

Although I went there requesting a certain service ..you are the professional and drop ball by not following the correct protocol to ensure it was needed.apparently the code pulled pertained to a couple things 8t could of been$800 is huge mistake when testing a couple things would of shown problem...bad battery.i was there 5 hrs plenty of time to do correct protocol as stated on chevy repair site.and then to say it was fixed when you knew it was Not to breakdown on busy freeway.UNPROFESSIONAL !?

Abraham is the best. I would never have gotten my vehicle serviced at your (or any) dealership but after working with Abraham I didn't want to go anywhere else. Give him a raise, give him a vacation, promote him, buy him dinner, I don't care, but you need to know he's an asset and it's in your best interest to keep him happy and engaged with your team. I haven't seen my vehicle yet so I can't comment on the actual work done on it, but I'm confident it was in good hands. I don't anticipate doing business with Guaranty Chevy in the future, but if the opportunity came up I would be excited to! I can't say that about most others. Well done, keep it up!

The service on my truck took longer than expected. I didn’t have a truck for two weeks and the Total amount of hours spent fixing a factory defect took 15 hours to repair. My truck was stuck at the dealership for at least 80 business hours. The frustrating part is that this was the second time that I had taken my truck within a 3-4 week span for the same issue. Although I know this review won’t make a difference with my experience at the dealership I hope this helps whoever is reviewing this rely this to the shop manager as he/she clearly doesn’t know how to manage his/her crew. My experience with the service department rep was great as it usually is.

Leo and all the staff was very helpful. They worked with me so that my repairs can be done as quickly as possible. They were able to expedite a part I needed and made sure only essential repairs were repaired to help with the financial implications. I still need one more repair but the part is back ordered at the moment. I will come back to get it done here as soon as the part is available. Thank you!
