Bad customer service in the front desk Abraham is his name he forgot about my service he didn’t subscribe the right phone number my truck got stuck like all week in there with no service I wasn’t in my truck but he half my old phone numbers in the system and I give my new number he called me as well but he forgot about putting the new phone number and he forgot everything I have bad experience I don’t think I’m gonna take my truck again in there and I got I told my friends as well thank you

Erika was fantastic! She was so proactive ordering the part I needed, scheduling a time that was convenient for me and she was so kind and friendly on top of fabulous service- give that woman a raise! She is the main reason I would recommend Guarantee Chevrolet.

Erika and Guaranty were great! Chevrolet was awful as I had to wait 7 months for a part that they were mandated to provide. On top of that their problem resolution department was full of non answers with no action.

I do not feel I was given the proper attention that I deserved while my vehicle was at your dealership. Things started out well but shortly after fell apart quickly. It’s a rather long and involved story but let’s just leave it to say, because of the miss handling of certain situations my vehicle was there much longer than necessary.

Unfortunately the problem I came in for may have not been solved. But the other services and results produced were exceptional. It seems like this dealership’s service department had a a high clientele volume, this affected communication.
