I had an appointment (Tues- 8/3) to go in for the third time for another recall on my 2021 Tahoe. It was to fix the headrest in the third row. I took the Tahoe at 8:30am and I was told (By Abraham) that it would be ready by 4pm. Called at 4:45 and was told it wasn't ready. I was told that it was now in the bay and the technician was working on it. I was told that it would be ready later that day but after closing at six. I had to cancel my dinner plans because of this mess. Then was called later telling me that some other piece was broken and couldn't be fixed because the parts department was now closed. So, I would have to wait until the next day to get it. My wife's work stuff was in the vehicle and she need both that and the Tahoe today. We had to make alternate arrangements for both. What's the point of making an appointment early in the morning if the vehicle won't be seen all day. Had it been seen even a little earlier, the broken part would have been discovered while the parts department was still open and it would have been completed on time. Very frustrating situation.
