Having your car stop working on your way to work is already a high stress situation. I feel so fortunate to have ended up at this dealership for service on my car. Erika was helpful and understanding during the entire process. I had to return twice due to an alternate shop clearing the codes on my car, and surprisingly, Erik remembered me! Erika has impeccable customer service skills & I truly appreciated her assistance in my time of need. I have to add that all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and not pushy about anything. My husband was even more impressed that a sales man talked to him about a car while he waited for paperwork to be complete for our service. This experience alone makes us more likely to return when we are ready to buy a new vehicle. Thank you!
