It’s not right to blame or make people feel like there lieing About a situation on the truck treat your customers with respect and make sure the job is fully done don’t just second-guess the problem and have people taking the vehicle every time for the same reason
Everyone was great and very helpful.
Our experience has been horrible. Our car was taken in for a A/C issue at least 5 times or more. The A/C would work for a week or two then it would stop working. On top of that our dash board light trim was not put back together. Next Tuesday our car is scheduled to go in to fix this issue. I forgot to mention that during the times we received our car back. I would have to push/pop pieces of the dash board back into place. My wife also found a piece of the vent in our cup holder. Please contact me so we can meet in person. ****-****-xxxx. I don’t want my wife wasting her time anymore. Call me anytime of the day. I have more issues to talk about but I don’t want to do this over the phone or a Email or survey.
My experience has already been expressed verbally and there is no need to follow up. Poor communication was the main problem.
Erika was excellent in proving me with guidance on the process of getting my car repaired. Although you took a week in the dealer, she was able to get me a rental car. The best part was picking up my vehicle and the drive after repairs felt like a brand new car!
I purchased my 2018 volt from you almost 2yrs ago. Never had a problem before this incident. My charging cord was defective and I called for an appointment. Was told I could bring it in on Tuesday @ 1 which I did. Your service writer Abraham checked me in stating to me that they would need the car all day. I said I would wait. Ur I believe service mgr walked by and asked if I needed help since he saw me their all day. I explained my problem he was helpful in resolving my problem temporarily. Up until this incident you people gave excellent service. Would appreciate a follow up with you on this issue. John B
There was a lack of communication and that unfortunately resulted in a misquote on my total charge.
