I had an appointment at 10:45 am for my car an oil change and front end alignment that my car needs asap. A representative came after 25 minutos waiting in the car. He told it will take 2 to 3 hours for the services. He said that he will on touch with the status of the car. No one called me for four hours with the status of my car services so i decided to call him. He told me that the car was ready that everything was done. After a few minutes; i went to pickup the car. He handed me the paper work he said again that everything was done , he said THE ALIGNMENT IS GOOD the only thing that they found was a right front shock that it has to be replaced. He said that IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE ALIGNMENT AT ALL; however,he will recomend to change left and right front shock. I asked him the price and i told him that next time i will replace them. After i paid the bill including the ALIGNMENT. I looked at the invoices and i didn't see the ALIGNMENT REPORT so i went to the representative ask for it. He looked at the computer for a few seconds then he went outside for a few minutes. He said to me that he was sorry but they weren't able to do the ALIGNMENT because the machine was broken that he forgot about it. He said that he will refund the money for the ALIGNMENT. I DON'T KNOW IF THE DEALERSHIP IS DOING FRAUD CHARGING CUSTOMER FOR SERVICES THEY DON'T PERFORM. If i didn't notice it at that moment, the dealership would get away with it

Representative was great. The only big problem I have is that I went for my first oil change and got a check engine light on, Auto shutoff does not work anymore and also I can't start my truck with the remote any more as well. The truck also is overheating for some reason and making the fan work extra.

Erika is great. Kept me updated, is Always pleasant and goes the extra mile. Her customer service is excellent 11 out of 10! When the guys didn’t bring my car up, she went out and found it and brought it up. Give her a raise! She’s a keeper.

As soon as I drove out of your driveway my check engine light went on. I spent $1,000 on two parts and labor and it is still on? Your technician didn't do his job and I'm not going to continue to throw money at it as you guys continue guessing what the issue is? The truck needs to be fixed. You had it for three days and I don't even think it was tested after the parts were installed?
