My vehicle was there wWed through Mon and absolutely nothing was done. No Diagnostics were completed. I heard no rep available, no lift was available. Keep in m8nd I scheduled an appointment noting I had a transmission issue. If no one was ro be there, why schedule the appointment. Would I recommend Guaranty? Absolutely not!

There’s been a few issues, first I have a brand new Chevy Tahoe with less than 5000 miles, the service writer told me that the recall are not completely done until 2 more weeks, he also said that the first oil change that was promise on the deal for the sales man was expire on April , not only that I went to pick up my car service was close already at 6:00 pm bu the employee were heading to the employe parking lot already l, that means the close gates before 6:00 pm, I told the service writer Rick that what happen is barely 6, he’s answer ohh is 6:01 and the employee are just waiting to live, I told them that is really hard form me to come back he didn’t care. I’m very disappointed I’m a business owner I bought the truck here at Guaranty Chevrolet because as a business owner I like to support local businesses but I’m not coming back. I feel like the employee don’t care about their Jobs they are just waiting and counting minutes to go home, not a good image or the type of business I like to support Please if you need more details don’t hesitate to call me Albert Hernandez ****-****-xxxx

The problem I brought my 02 trailblazer was not resolved. Dealer states it was the serpentine belt. I knew it wasn’t because my husband had changed it some months back. I asked dealer to check belt tensioner spring. I was told it was good. As I was leaving the dealer lot the noise came back. I paid my brother in law to replace the belt tensioner pulley. The noise went away and hasn’t returned. Also Rick was to tell the mechanic to save my old belt so if it was defective, it was still under warranty and I could get my money back. I did not get my belt back. I was told it was thrown away and compacted in the trash. I paid dealer over $500 and got nothing for it except loss of money. Very dissatisfied.
