Erika was so thoughtful and listened to my concerns about my car. She understood my circumstances and was able to provide a rental vehicle so I was able to drive around my 5 children. Her communicating directly with me helped me understand what was going on with the car. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to work with a great communicator. When picking up the vehicle, it was in tow mode which I have never used. She didn’t ignore the fact that it was nearly impossible to find the switch but sent me instructions from the technician on how to fix it and scheduled me an appointment for the next morning incase I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. She went above and beyond and I am happy to have a dealer that cares. Thank you

The staff was polite. Although I was charged over $300 to reset software on my truck. This is unacceptable. My truck only has 7,000 miles on it. I purchased used but I also traded in two vehicles during the buy process. I’m unimpressed and don’t think I’ll be taking my vehicle back to garuntee chevrolet. I work for a machinery sales company and we run into similar software issues. Although, we never charge for software upgrades or diagnostics. You charged me for one hour of labor that probably only took about 2 minutes to complete. Garuntee chevrolet should be ashamed. FYI, o also paid for an oil change. So it’s not like garuntee did anything for free.

Right from the start, I was highly impressed with a first phone conversation to make an appointment, then the Service Rep who was very helpful in signing us into service and the two hour service time to fix the problem. I was extremely pleased with the total service experience. Thanks!

Delighted with the service and even be on the call of duty I wasn’t expecting my car to be washed. I was a bit embarrassed, bringing it in dirty. It was another pleasant surprise when I picked it up. Couldn’t be happier from the original purchase to the first service for free. Jack
