I requested to have my rear tv screens removed on my Tahoe expecting that they would remove the frame but they did not. Now I cannot have anyone sit in the rear seats of my Tahoe bc if I was to get into an accident the rear passengers would have their eyes and forehead split open. I want to speak to the general manager bc this is definitely a dangerous safety hazard that the technician and service manager thought it was safe to the client. Now I have 2 sharp frames that could definitely hurt and possibly kill someone if I get rear ended or any collision. Clearly this is a huge safety violation and shows the low standard of the company.

Well service was nice but during pick up of my vehicle the employee which I’m sure is a cool guy parked my truck between the pillars of the service lanes So as I’m looking I’m my driver rear view mirror mainly because the main building pillars that actually support the building were was to be avoided I didn’t see that yellow bumpers poles next to it and I back up into the yellow poll denting my rear bumper. So I know I backed up into the object that I didn’t see but I know damn well it’s not proper protocol or procedure to oddly park in 2 separate lanes between building support pillars in the middle of and entrance and exit lane..Love Chevy but I’m displeased with that irresponsible ending. Then they just mention bumper man to me that’s it. I honestly respect my feel half at fault because again that no way to park a customers while to exit with!
You guys are unresponsible and don't return calls you guys left me with no car for the weekend and took my truck for 2 weeks and still charged me a lot of money so now you guys are no good
