Good team in parts and service
Was told Friday that all fixes were complete. Tried to pick up the truck today (Monday), and it was not repaired and having the same issues.
Erica has been very understanding and compassionate. She has good car knowledge. I appreciate her kindness.
I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, fix of issue with emergency brake button and tpms malfunction. I rejected sensor work after a quote of over $225 (sensor is less than $40). But that is no reason for team to blow off other work. Tire rotation was not done and brake button was not fixed. If all I wanted was an oil change I could have gone to jiffy lube. I’ve ordered the sensor from Simpson Chevrolet and will get the work done elsewhere, especially the tire rotation that is maintenance item that should not have been ignored.
