The service department treats my Chevy volt like a Mercedes Benz. My car was beautifully cleaned and the service people from the cashier to my advisor to the gentleman who washed my car are well mannered and helpful people. There is another Chevrolet dealer that is closer but I will always come back to Guaranty.

Erika was an excellent contact person. She was extremely personable and aware of my needs. My car was a mystery and she worked with me getting to the bottom of my problem. I waited to see what the service person came up with the car and Erika continually checked on me. I picked up the car the next day with no problem.
