Excellent service

I'm am very disappointed with the result I requested a tire rotation and was told an alignment was made to my truck. My truck was well aligned before I took it and was horrible after I picked it up. Also the tire were never rotated as the front tires where rounded becuase of turning. I was expecting them to move them to the back and rotate the rear wheels to the front. That never happened my tires were marked so I'm sure they never got rotated. This made me question all the work they did. Did I get my oil change, did they fix everything they did hmmmm not sure. So I took it to get checked out by another shop. Yes they changed the oil and rack an pinion. Nothing to do with Oscar Camarena he was great respectful and patience but he didn't do the work. I was very disappointed with non tire rotation and the fact that it was supposedly aligned only to see it worst. Truck might not have been worth much but when I bought it I didn't haggle less than an hour to buy it. I expect better service. I know have to take more time out of my day to drop off my truck for a crappy service only to get what u paid for in extended warranty and or cash. I might just yelp about my experience. The only great thing about this was Oscar Camarena not impressed with Guaranty Chevy. I will dropping off this annoying truck in the am to get it corrected.
