My only comment is I thought the rental car charge was excessive at $65. I previously in Seattle had work done by the Chev Dealer and they provided a loaner car any time I spent more than $1,000.

Service done in a timely manner
Overall experience was horrible. Great salesman but finance staff and manager maxed a critical mistake and could not get our family vehicle financed through GM financial and now have “rescinded” the sales contract and want the car back. This has severely impacted my family and more reviews for this business to come.

Highly disappointed with the service, I Washed my truck over the weekend and for sone reason They started it washing it and left it all wet. I had to dry my own truck until a sales person came out and asked what i was doing. They then proceeded to send someone to help me finish drying it. Very very disappointed with that.

The service desk was very nice, helpful and courteous. My complaint goes to how long it took to repair my vehicle. It took several days to get a part from back east. Was the part that unique? Also, my mechanic was apparently on vacation for a number of days that led to additional delay. Replacement vehicle did not have HOV vehicle access and I was told I may be responsible to pay for more than 5 days despite I was not the cause of delay. Andrew my contact person however was a pleasure to deal with.

Always willing to help. Even when I brought the car back the next day with a tire pressure sensor warning. Service tech was able to solve the problems and get me back on the road
