Andrew C. Atherton Jr. was very friendly and helpful. He helped get my maintenance started even though I arrived almost an hour early. I was looking for a shoe store nearby and Andrew pointed me to a couple of nearby points of interest. Also the customer service lady that took my phone call was very helpful too. I tried setting up appointments at a different location (not Guaranty) and they failed to book my appointment twice! Great service at Guaranty.

Customer service here is wonderful. I know I can trust this guys for my car needs. Everyone here is so friendly and respectful, they go the extra step to ensure my satisfaction. Ian is great and if I have any questions with anything in regards to my car I know I can count on him. Thanks!

All my questions answered and car was ready when they said it would be. Oscar showed me a couple things on the dashboard that I didn't know about and I am grateful for that! Loved that my car was washed too.
