I just want to thank Luis the shuttle driver, best shuttle driver I have experienced no doubt. Great effective communication and driver handling. I also want to thank Alex for his great customer service. He is very professional and did a excellent job helping me. I have nothing but great things to say about Guaranty Chevrolet! We went to GMC at Tustin and they said we needed to leave the car just to change a battery and test the battery. So you went to Guaranty Chevrolet and Andrew treated us really good, and we were in and out real fast ,thank you Andrew, and from now on we will be coming back for our oil change, and any other maintenance need for our Equinox thank you Andrew

Great Service as always. Oscar Camarena always gives great costumer service and always greets with a smile. I like to do my appointments with Oscar because he always knows and explains the service well. Overall I love the great Service and employees’ work.

Alex was absolutely phenomenal. In fact, the entire team demonstrated exceptional customer service - one of the better shuttle rides home in a long time! I receive customer surveys all the time and I typically don’t respond to 99 percent of them. Not because I don’t care - but mainly because my experiences are only average. You guys rock!

Sorry but I wasn't to happy to have a big truack as a rental car,guaranty had only 1 Silverado truack as rental and not a family car rental,i need it a family car or a regular car not a big truack with a big tank and not mention with a 3 passenger seat very uncomfortable. Also took 7 days to have my car done I was told it only take 1 to 2 days, had to cancel activities due to the truack my family didn't fit in it. I was not a happy camper I had to spend $85 dollars on the silverado to fill the tank back,the truack spend to much gas, also I had to call nov 29 2018 a Thursday to get and update to see when was my car going to be ready no one update me to let me know how long was going to take to get my car fixed, I had to call on a Thursday at the end of the day to get and update, Also on one call me at least on Tuesday on the 3 day that my car was there that it was not going to get done on time and I would understand. that my car was going to take more days then what I was told. Thank you for getting my car done but next time my car gets a recall,I will really a preaciated if I get and update that it will take longer time to get it done I know mechanics are very busy and I do preaciated there service to get my car done. Service for rental very unhappy on the rental part also my car had some scratches on the tail gate lower right corner side when I left it my traverse didn't had those scratches am a war of the one oscar wrote when we did the walked when I drop my traverse Monday nov 26 2018 Very happy to have my traverse back again.
