I was never called to be notified my vehicle was ready for pick up. I dropped off my car for an oil change, made an appointment at 8am. I had to personally call at 1225pm and ask if it was ready. Male on the phone said it had been ready. I was never notified

You have a great Service TEAM at Guaranty Chevrolet. Erika is new and when she came across something she did not know, Eric and Eian were right there to show her the ropes. Big bonus- she communicated with me several times as to when my car would be ready to pick up, helping me plan my schedule for the day.
