The windshield was cracked during service. I did not notice the crack until I drove off the lot. I immediately returned and Oscar, my service person denied damaging the winshield and said he could do nothing so come back Monday. One other thing I noticed was that when the car was returned after service the driver side sun visor was down, conveniently hiding most of the crack in the windshield. I demand compensation for the damage.

Absolutely amazing customer service performed by Andrew! He addressed all my issues and solved every problem I had with my truck. I had been to three different Chevy dealers and nobody wanted to help me with my truck leaning to one side. First visit Andrew solved the problem with a smile on his face. Not one hecup. I picked my truck up cleaned and serviced properly. The last place delillo I went to gave me my truck back without going over the recommended things that needed to be done or fixing my leaning issue. Andrew called me went over everything and it got fixed promptly. Also ordered the parts for the leaning issue. Great service and I’ll only bring my truck here
