This is my second time dealing with Andrew Atherton JR, and he's the reason I went back to santa ana chevy. I remembered he was great service the first time around, and wasn't surprised with the excellent service this time. I don't ever write reviews, so that should say a lot about Andrew's impact. Your dealership quickly addressed my problem with the ride leveling system (really the rear shocks) quickly when another local dealership twice tried to address and then even tried to convince me I didn't have a problem in the first place--the very problem your folks solved. You definitely have my business going forward!

I received letter on the mail and also email and I called and make apyand bring my truck over there and the end service advisor said part was installed when truck was here in the first service that means 2 month ago !! The letter on the mail and the email was for 10 days ago !!! Bad customer service ! Bad advisor attitude and bad experience! It cost customer times and money to waisting time ! Not recommended guaranty Chevy at all they didn’t even car wash my truck.

Erika was outstanding, however your mechanical overall satisfaction was not. When told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and all issues were fixed, that was not the case. Something as easy to double check but was not, and had to leave my vehicle another day because it was not in fact done, was not good at all. Nobody checked to ensure the tail light was fixed??? You start the truck up and it's that simple, but nobody checked?? Unbelievable a mechanic did not check his/her completed work. Very disappointed
