Service was fine, but the service took twice as long as stated

Not happy at all. After spending $2,200 in repairs in one month I still don't know if my car is safe to drive. After both visits dealership failed to check engine mounts even though that was part of request. I even had to pay for a week rental, not doing that again.

I understand needing to test drive the car but to not replace a quarter tank of gas is absolutely garbage. Especially when I drive out of my way to come to guarenty because I have always had such great service, but the gentleman who told me that my gas wasnt replaced for a 40 mile testdrive was so unhelpful. I am very angry and upset. I will not be back!

Oscar did an awesome job. I think the only thing is that they need to update your customer more often, I drop my truck off on Tuesday and didn’t get any updates until Thursday around 5:00 pm . I text and left vice messages and never got a call back . I understand that they are swamped with work. But an update goes a long ways.

I had a 7:00 AM appointment. At 7:03 AM the advisor arrived and asked why I was there. I expected them to know why since it was required to make an appointment. He then told me that the technician would start on my car once they arrived at 8:00 AM and should have it completed by 9:00 AM. I asked about a shuttle and I was out informed it would start operating at 7:30 AM.
When making my appointment I was not informed of any of these.
This was not a good experience. Obviously they did not respect my time. On top of it I was quoted approximately $120 for the oil change. It turns out this was a free oil change and was provided at no charge. On my invoice the cost was $50. Wow. What a mark-up.
Not sure I will be back.
