I brought in my truck on Monday to get checked for the same code P0305 That I had last year on this truck. Last year the service was done and the truck ran smoothly for a year the truck has 29,000 miles on it and it’s only a 2015. I drive the truck every day so I know what I felt last year that was fixed in the dealer is exactly the same feeling or same problem that the truck has right now. On Monday I did not receive a status update on my truck I called in and was told that my truck did not get looked at. Had I not called I would not of received any update. Tuesday came and went with no update. Wednesday morning I received a text stating that my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. I Left work to pick up my truck and called Oscar to let them know I was on my way that is when he told me that the truck was not fixed and that it was not the same problem as last year but a carbon buildup. If it was a carbon buildup wouldn’t all of the cylinders be misfiring? I have a leased 2 Vehicles and purchased another one at Guaranty I do all of my service to my vehicles in that location. I feel I was treated like someone who has never been there. I believe that the problem that I have in my truck now is the exact same problem that I had last year that was covered under warranty and this one should be covered under warranty as well but oscar is stating that it is something different which I disagree because I drive this truck every single day. I am disappointed in the overall communication and the lack of service that was provided. I asked for a breakdown of what repairs should be done and did not receive one I stated I didn’t have the funds to complete the repair at the moment so I need a breakdown of what should be done to my truck and I did not receive one. I was charged diagnostic fee but was never told what the diagnostic was. Again the lack of communication is extremely disappointing and from the very moment that I spoke with Oscar I felt as though my concerns were not going to be treated the correct way. Lastly I left feeling like nothing was actually done on my truck I don’t have any record of any type of work that was done on it or any recommendations if you have any questions please give me a call ****-****-xxxx

It took way too long. I was told by the tech it would take 1/2 hour and given a few hours total estimate by Erika. It took 5 hours which would have been fine had I not been waiting there the whole time. As far as I can tell nobody ever even looked into my air conditioning issue. I will not come back. Erika was very nice about everything but I observed many interactions from your staff and saw poor service. Every other dealer location that I have been to were much more organized and professional.
