I really liked how Erika acknowledged me right away when I walked in. She was very kind and demonstrated great customer service. When I came back for my vehicle she greeted me right away and she let me know that she was going to check on my vehicle. Within 2 mins she came back to me telling me my car was ready. Today, 6/3/19, I received a text message notifying me that my vehicle is ready for pick up at your location. However, my vehicle was not in your shop today for service, at all! I’m bothered by the lack of miscommunication on the part of the service advisor.
