Despite making an appointment, I was told I would need to wait two hours for my car to be serviced, and that they were only making an exception because the one person who can do it normally doesn't come in on the weekend and just happened to be there. I should not have been allowed to make an appointment for a time when I could not be given immediate service.

Oscar is great! He works a bit too hard on up selling me though. No too crazy about that. You didn't have a basic filter and a windshield wiper, not too crazy about that either...
Drop off was quick, courtesy shuttle was great and service was done quickly. They notified me when service was completed and explained what was completed. Oscar communicated very well throughout the process.
