The representative was indifferent and passively inattentive to customer request. The service manager even looks cheap not have the authority to override low cost services like a simple oil change with service coupons bought at other Chevrolet dealers. Lethargic dealership in a very up-scale neighborhood. Sad.

My lower control arm was lose which caused the camber to be off. They tightened it and now my steering wheel is slanted left. The dealer refused to do an alignment without me paying for it even though they have caused the issue.
