I approved at 7:15am for a 7:30am appointment... I was helped right away. I was never told how long it would take. I sat and waited for car to be done. It wasn’t until 9:45am when I walked to the desk about my car. I was informed it was completed and was going to walk into my to the cashier. At this time I let the service guy know that I was not going to pay for the service today. It took 2.5 hours to complete an oil change that should have been done in one hour or hour and half. I was not satisfied with today’s service. I drive at least 45 mins to get there and have never had as horrible service as I did this morning. I was the first one there and other who showed up after me left before me. The service manager did comp my oil change and I didn’t pay. But I don’t feel this is the way to treat your customers.

Andrew greeted me and listened carefully as I explained the situation with my engine light. He kept me informed of the progress and took me out to visit with the technician who explained the options I had.
