Wonderful customer service from the representative!!!! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable!!!! Plus she reassured me that it was ok that I did not approve for the service but I was welcome to come back and she would honor the pricing and the free rental car. She also gave me her direct number so I can call her if I decide to go thru the repairs. She also personally brought my car out for me because she felt the service techs were taking to long.

Erika was very helpful and courteous in her entire interaction with me. It’s nice to see a woman helping out at the service counter- she brings a softer touch to the team and was eager to answer all of my questions.

Jerry and Ivan were amazing! Made the process way less scary and made it pain free. The courtesy driver was beyond fantastic. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend. When I went to pick up my car the next day, he remembered me. He was so kind as to make sure I got my car right away and wasn’t waiting too long. He took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of. Overall a great experience.

I did not like that the diagnostic i qas being charged was for awalk around visual one and air in my tires(which they didnt do) my bill was going to be 100 for the visual plus 160 for the key. But Erika was very professional and in the end fixed the end bill. So yes in the end i was very satisfied with your work Thank You
