After I got home, I notice wrong bedliner was put in and truck also now has a new scratch h that was not there when I dropped off truck and did a walk around. The scratch is very noticeable. When I picked up truck, it was pulled up in a way that myself or Leo the service tech could not see the scratch

I've been waiting for a part for over 2 weeks I paid good money for a suv that I cant enjoy due to the defect on the car.when finally my part shows up I made to wait for over an hour before they realized they had the wrong part. Mechanic checks my car wrong. Now I have to wait again for the same part I feel RIP off I'm paying good money for a car that I cant enjoy I'm expected to work around your schedule to fix something decfted by you not happy very disappointed and regret buying anything from wont be recommending you to anyone have a good day

Andrew was great. He was helpful and thorough. I really appreciate the information he shared with me about my vehicle. I was disappointed that it was not shared with me at my first appointment that this was a known problem with the Traverse. I was extremely disappointed that with this being a known problem that the part is backordered throughout the country.
