I got a recommended Additional Services that listed Engine Air Filter, AC Air Filter, and Fuel Injector Service that supposedly I declined. However, no one ever discussed these items with me, and I only "knew" I had declined them after I paid the oil and filter change bill and the paperwork was stapled together.

Pricing was well above market by at least $600. The $130 diagnostic fee is ridiculous too. I will not return for any services needed beside the free oil changes.
