The service received was excellent. Nathaniel did an excellent job making sure I was informed of the procedures as well as how the repair was progressing. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle. I did not need to sit and wait nor bother a friend to pick me up.

The service was excellent for a Saturday morning. Saying that, I think scheduling an appointment is misleading if when you show up for the fourth appointment of the day and there are 30-40 people there already.

Fast and very good service guy
I wanted the service department to do a follow-up check on some work previously done. I thought the car was not running as efficiently (quietly) as it should. James and the technicians checked the car out top to bottom, side to side, and said everything in the car is working properly. They didn't recommend any work, but did make one small adjustment to enable the car to run a little bit quieter. I left feeling confident and assured that the car is in good operating order.
