The text notifications came in entirely too late. The last notification stating that the car was ready came in at 6:14 over six hours after the car had been returned.

I’m frustrated by the reps trying to convince me to do unnecessary maintenance. He was insistent that my transmission fluid looked awful and desperately needed to be flushed, despite the fact that I had the transmission flushed at Honda 8 short months ago! I’ve also had other mechanics laugh at me for going in for service on brake pads and rotation, because they were completely unnecessary. This was after your reps told me how urgent these things were. I was so worried yesterday that Honda had charged me for a service they had not performed, I almost went to an independent mechanic for evaluation. Luckily my husband was able to check the fluid and determine it was in fact changed. I have come to the conclusion that I will never again believe your service techs, which is too bad, because there may be a real problem someday and I won’t believe them.
