Honda Cars of Katy has always provided excellent customer service to my entire family. Today it was a pleasure to meet Freddy. Par for the course, Freddy made getting a spare key a pleasant experience. Your waiting area made the time fly by!!

Valerie took very good care of getting my maintaince work done in a very timely manner. She stayed in touch and even saved me some money but the cost was still high and I am less likely to continue servicing at the dealer now that I have retired. I will still come for the large mileage warranty work but less likely to do the smaller interim needs at dealership. As an aside and not of any significant importance...except for your staff follow up...when I picked up the car, it had not been washed, although I had been called over an hour before I picked it up. I was asked if I could wait 10 min but I could not. Just an FYI tonite.

My advisor nathan Perez is the best I dont go with anyone else. He has always taken good care of my car I am always so happy when I get the call from nathan to tell me my car is ready. I know once I pick it up my car will work great!

Freddie was so nice and friendly. I put off going to the dealership because the last few times employees seemed really stressed and distant. I am glad I went today and that Freddie helped me. He didn’t rush me through and explained everything. Made the experience pleasant

Valerie was chery efficient, helpful, courteous & polite. She made the check in process a breeze & explained things so they were easy to understand. The courtesy car process was overbearing in the manner that I told I'd be charged on my credit cards for any knicks, dings, etc. and if the car was returned dirty or being gas when clearly the car had many knicks in the windshield, the truck had obvious dings from rocks or hail damage & the car was very dirty in both the front seat & backseat. I explained I wouldn't be responsible for any of that being the courtesy car already evidenced things I was told I could be charged for. We're not reckless people & would not trash a car in the few hours I was in possession of it. It was nice to have a car to use being minne would be there many hours but it didn't feel like a courtesy but more of an irritant. ~sjukuri

For the second time, I had to return to service due to low tire pressure warning light. The original service included tire rotation and 10 point inspection. I fail to comprehend why the tire pressure was not correct when I left. As stated this was the second time. The first time was in April for the same tune up service. I doubt I will return to Honda Express.

I appreciate how they have me a loaner car. I didn't expecti and they made it really an easy process. Thanks to a great job on my car as well. The work done on it was explained to me thoroughly. Honda Of Katy will always be my place to purchase any future Honda vehicle.
