Nathaniel was great. My battery was low and I needed a new one. He got me in and out as quickly as possible knowing that I had groceries. However he still made sure to explain everything and I understood. I will consider going to this location in the future because of his service

Freddie Boatright was friendly, patient, and clearly explained the service process. He professionally answered all my questions, and kept me updated of the service progress via text and by phone, and helped going over concerns with my vehicle as they were discovered. Not everyone there has the same work standard as Freddie, and I was so glad he was the one helping with my vehicle. While my experience with Freddy was great, my initial experience with Karl Kraig was not. He is not patient, does not seem to like his job or customers, and insinuated that I was lying about my past service conducted on my car instead of explaining the difference between stain removal cleaning and a detailing service.
