Saturday morning....show the EPL not two guys talking and talking and talking about a college football which kicks off in the afternoon.
One issue, 3 inspections and it costs me $405 to get some decent answer on what went wrong.
Very incompetent.
It took 3 visits to get the door seal and trim repaired as the first service rep did not order the parts. I am not satisfied at all with the sales experience, and I would add service as well but Valerie did an excellent job taking care of my needs, the only thing pending now is the manufacturer's sticker for the door sill that came ripped in half when I purchased the new Odyssey, I believe Valerie is working on obtaining it for me as well, again doing a great job in assisting me when no one else did or followed up.

The service was actually OK, not excellent. I say that because after my wife drove the van back home, she discovered a piece of plastic laying on the seat. She didn't know what it was. She showed it to me and I quickly realized it was the inside door handle to the rear sliding door that had just been repaired at the dealership. It's not that big a deal and I was able to re-install it myself. But I was disappointed that the dealership overlooked it. Hopefully nothing else was overlooked too. Thanks...Ron Fields
