The guys that great you outside in the service garage and also bring your car etc, could be a bit more helpful. For example maybe be helping with kid car seats. I know every time I would go to Honda of Clear Lake they would help remove and put the car seats in the loaner car which was a HUGE help and greatly appreciated since I have twins. Anyway other than that the staff is great!

When we make appointment for vehicle recall Fix/repair the first representative tell me the repair may take an hours to an hours & half max when we arrived at the dealership for recall repair it take three hour long , for of three hours of waiting for just a recall repair
