I brought my car in to correct an issue with my window and passenger seat. I was disappointed that no one came to my car to see the issues firsthand. They replaced the runner in my window and I was able to pick up my car while waiting for the seat part. When I picked up my car, the window had not been fixed and it was covered in grease or another substance that I have since not been able to remove. I immediately told Valerie that the window was not fixed and she told me it would be fixed when I returned. A week later, my seat has been fixed, but I was told the mechanic could not hear the creaking that occurs every time the window is rolled up. When I told Valerie that the noise occurs every time the window is rolled up, she simply told me that my car was available for pick up without offering to have the mechanic take another look. Furthermore, the window now shutters when it is rolled down and this did not happen before the runner was replaced. I was also told that this was not seen by the mechanic. I will be returning to have my window cleaned because the substance is caked on and it is also on the door panel. I do not know why my car would be returned with the window in this condition. Both times that I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was only one person at the service desks, and I had to call Valerie multiple times to get a return call. Overall, I was disappointed in both customer service and my mechanical service.
