My oil pan drain plug hole was stripped and the pan had to be replaced. Orlando stayed on top of the job so we could have our Odyssey back in time to begin our vacation on time.

Service Advisor is helpful and friendly. The waiting area is clean with pleasant lighting layout. Free WiFi is available to do work while waiting for the car to get service. Even loaner car is offered when needed. Need to give you folks a thumb up.
