Nathaniel was very professional. I took my car in for A/C issues,an issue with my left wheel when I turn it all the way to the left,an infotainment issue,a 12 volt charging problem,and water leakage in my drivers window. The A/C is better. They said they reset my infotainment system (this is 2nd time). I couldn't charge my phone on my way home today (12v charging problem). No word on the window,no word on the left side mechanical issue.

While Denzel was great, about 20 minutes after I left my tire pressure light came on. I don’t know what was done to cause that.

On the way home I told my husband that I thought I heard something rattling when we open the hood parts of my car are missing and there were loose bolts. Not happy at all and going back in the morning.
