Valerie was super nice and very helpful. Unfortunately Valerie had a day off on Monday and I was calling to get info on the status of my vehicle and I felt like I was being given the run around by several employees in the service dept because she was out. Once she was back, she attended to me very quickly. I would just ask that others would be willing to help while another employee has the day off to continue to provide excellent customer service. If not for that, I would give a 5 star customer experience, over all Valerie was great!

Joshua did everything to keep a client satisfied. He was friendly during each follow up conversation, detailed and thorough when explaining repairs, and willing to “work” with a customer. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Kudos to Josh.

Mr. Acuna was very courteous. My car alarm was going off and when i returned to pick up the truck he answered all my questions. The caucasian lady who was sitting next to him was extremely rude to Mr. Acuna telling hin that she didnot need explanations. The lady was unprofressional and I would hate that think that if she is rude to a fellow employee she may also be rude to customers! I hope that this helps Honda be aware of their employees in the Katy dealership! Again mr Acuna was extremely patient and he never lost his composure even tho the female employee was mean!

Had oil change that typically takes too long. Too many guys just hanging around doing what appears to be nothing. Maybe I'm wrong, but I have overheard other customers making similar remarks. Otherwise the service was great. Hat to complain, but thought you should know.
