Valerie was great but it was ridiculous that I made a 1pm appointment and no one was able to get to my car until 245 pm. And then I didn’t get my car till 415 pm. What is the point of an appointment if you don’t honor the time slot.
Valerie was kind and attentive but obviously the staffing in the maintenance area is lacking to actually do the work.
Oil change was done in a quick and timely manner - receptionists were very kind and respectful.
No ferd back from service provider. Needed to drive to Honda facility 3 times during the repair. Car in service for almost two months
