Now, my door isn’t working properly. The service was for safety recall for the second row latch. My driver’s side sliding door does not function properly and it definitely was not like that prior to dropping it off.

Expensive, he said 2 hours but it took 6-7 hours , shuttle car took me home which is great but does not picked me up back so figure your way back paying big bill for the service. For that price at least they can offer transportation back and forth.
It was great that we were kept in formed of what was going on and when my car would be ready.
No one really help or told us about what was going on with our vehicle. I guess it was rush hour. Other customers we being visited and talked to just not us.
