It took almost three hours to complete the oil and transmission fluid change. I was told it will only take two hours. Also, my gas level significantly went down — from close to full tank down to 3/4 full. First time this happened to me though. Apart from this day, previous service appointments were always good.
Joshua provided outstanding service! He was friendly and made me feel that my business was appreciated. He took care of all the numerous concerns I had about my vehicle. He also kept me informed of the status of my vehicle’s maintenance. I will automatically go back to him specifically next time I need something done with either of my two Honda’s.
