I wish you had given more options besides excellent. The experience was good and Denzel was very professional except.... I asked a question about the tire coverage I had concerning my flat tire. I had someone waiting to come pick me up but didn’t want to leave the waiting room until the person helping me returned with the answer. He never returned so I waited about an hour for no reason. I had to finally ask for him to find out what the policy was for replacing the tire. Then I was told it would be just another 30 minutes then 45 . I left and it was actually about an hour to change one tire and I was the next customer according to them.

I was greeted nicely from the the I arrive at the Service Center. Valerie was very nice explaining what service was needed on my Honda Accord and that they would gladly take care of it for me if I wanted them to. She gave me options of scheduling if I wanted it done if not right now today and is I wanted to have the service done that Honda would give me a loaner. Over all I was please. Thanks Valerir
