Freddie was great. But I have had my car in 3 times for same problems. Freddie is getting me a loner car n he is going to have my complete insides for gps changed out. The hard boots don’t work. I’ve had 3 n still am having problems. Hope this solves it next week.

I was satisfied with the Services that we’re provided. Previously when I had brought my vehicle in for service i’ve taken advantage of the courtesy shuttle services. I was unhappy to say the least when I was told that the shuttle wasn’t running. Along with that, no potential option was offered as an alternative. Now instead of getting to work on time I had to inform my boss that I would be late to work. When I asked how long the services would take to complete, I was told 30-45min. It ended up taking 2hrs for everything to be completed. I would have prior made arrangements if I had known that courtesy shuttle service was not an option. Also disappointed with the lack of effort to potentially find an alternative with the lack of shuttle service Brad S

I had to ask for the status of my car after 3 hours and 15 minutes of waiting only to find out it had been done for a while. I asked why it took that long to get an oil change and received no response. They were also not able to diagnose why my rear driver side door malfunctions. Who knows how long I would have been stuck there had I not gone and asked someone to check

Joshua was great but the service to my car was horrible. I paid 160.00 to have my car derailed, my car now smells like a dirty dog, there was still wetness from the seats and floor were still wet. My tires and wheels were dirty, they barely dusted the inside. I want my car redone. If your going to charge that kind of money, do it right. Oh, you could use some air freshener. I don't get it.
