I have a recommendation for Honda, however. The prices are way too high. Any other place would have charged about $2,200 for a new a/c system. I know this because years ago I had this same problem (unfortunately I was not aware of the recall). Anyway, I can’t believe that your company charges almost $4,000. It’s not fair. Had I not been in an emergency, I never would have gotten my car serviced here. Please consider this in the future with your customers.

Took my car right away. Fixed it and got it back in reasonable time. She helped get the radio and gps back working after battery replaced.
The car was dropped off around 11-1130. By 3:00 the diagnostic still hadn’t been started. I had to get a loaner car until service was completed. If I knew it would take that long a loaner car should have been offered a lot sooner. Joshua was great and I don’t want to blame him for the delay.
