My only GOOD experience with Honda Kars of Katy was with Freddy Boatwright He was very professional n courteous. I am VERY upset with your company. I have bought a total of 5 cars from your company since 2008 and 4 being brand new Hondas. As you can tell I do love Honda’s. But my last purchase of a civic LX has not been good. I am having trouble with my audio/GPS part. I have had it in over 4 times and just now am informed that your equipment is not capable of adapting to my iPhone 6S. So needless to say I’M NOT HAPPY.

He was very courteous and honored the price that another service advisor had given me last week when I brought my car in for wheel alignment, who claimed that he didn't give that price. Since that service advisor was not true to his word, I spoke to another service advisor who happened to be Josh. He took my word and gave me that price and honored another coupon that I had. Great customer service and will be using him as my service advisor from now on!!
Was texted vehicle was ready to pick up when in fact it was no way near finished. Not finished after 2 days. Paid & then found out car was still being worked on.
First day in the whole scope was not done and I had to return the Next day to complete. Second date was excellent
