I moved to Katy and needed service on my car which I bought three and a half years ago years ago. I had it serviced in my home town Lake Jackson. Now that we are in Katy I have changed to your service center. I asked for specific maintenance services to be done. Nathan brought to my attention my oil changes were free since it was bought before 2016. I asked him to check for me since I was not sure I had that on my car. Lucky for me since I live here in Katy now I will benefit from this. Nathan's extra attention was a nice surprise and I will be able trust your service center to always do right by me. Top ratings from me for today's visit!
